Become a Residential Youth Worker
 
We are always looking for skilled, confident and caring Residential Youth Workers who enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging work environment. Common sense, professional, motivated to improving their knowledge and skills, great communication skills, terrific organizational skills, energy, a great sense of humour, awesome crisis intervention skills, excellent coaching skills and a passion to work with challenging children and youth who deserve our time, energy and resources to make a difference and provide them with opportunities to make a better life for themselves. Successful candidates must provide us with the following hiring documents as they are part of our licensing regulations:

  • Police background check and Vulnerable sector check (not less then 3 months old)
  • Immunization records and health note stating that you are fit to work with children
  • A valid driver's license, a driver's abstract and vehicle insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Proof of post-secondary education in a human services field
